Luis Jauregui, F.A.I.A., is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Environmental Design and a Masters of Architecture. A registered Architect and registered Interior Designer, Luis is highly esteemed among his peers within the design and construction industry.
Luis is a long standing member of the national and local American Institute of Architects (AIA), having been a founding member and serving long term on the leadership committee of national AIA’s Knowledge Community Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN); as founding member of Austin’s AIA CRAN committee; and as a board member as Treasurer of the Austin Chapter of AIA. Luis has provided exceptional leadership in the Home Builders Association of Austin, serving as President in 1999 and as director with the local, state and national homebuilder’s associations. Luis co-founded Austin’s Custom Builder Council and was elected to NAHB’s elite Builder 20, a nationally selected group of million dollar homebuilders.
Community involvement includes serving as board member for the Austin Community College Foundation, board member for the Mexic-Arte Museum, board member for the Caritas Clinic; president and founding member of the Austin International Group; appointee to the Economic Development Commission to the City of Austin, Long Range Planning Committee of Eanes ISD; supporter of various Austin philanthropic groups.
