Jauregui has one of the best organizations that I have had the pleasure of doing business with in my business career. Luis and his staff went above and beyond during the planning and construction phase of my home. If he is not the best builder in Texas he is in the upper, upper echelon. The company is both an architect and builder so there is a cost saving for the homeowner there, and they have also been diligent and fair with me with the punch phase of the process. Lastly, and most importantly I think that his home designs are the best in the business.

We were out of country during most of the process and the integrated architecture, construction, and design was essential to completing an overall outstanding home. Our contemporary home is unlike other Jauregui design, but they did an extraordinary job understanding our vision and ideas and incorporating into their architecture and design. They maintained high quality standards during the construction phase and were attentive to our concerns and feedback. We aligned quickly on the design concepts which enabled very selective decisions with a great outcome; both visual and comfort. Luis and Susan Jauregui are great to work with. They have designed a beautiful home for me and started construction April 2016. The whole team has been highly professional and take you seamlessly through the process. They helped me buy a beautiful 3.6 acre lot in Barton creek. They designed a beautiful home with everything we wanted, they are currently constructing the home, and they will also decorate and furnish the home. I'll just have to bring my clothes and a toothbrush. The whole team is great to work with.

We believed we were familiar with luxury builders in our area, but were actively reviewing to ensure we had considered all of our options before deciding on a partner to build our dream home. We have done numerous projects over the years and they don’t always turn out as initially planned. This is the first time we retained a firm that offered one stop shopping from design to build to interior furnishings. For hands on people like us that was definitely a leap of faith. But, just like the initial design, each step of the build out was outlined, explained in detail, and completed with the highest of standards.

I am currently involved in the design process with Jauregui Architecture. This has been a most pleasurable as well as an educational experience. Every member of the team is professional and extremely qualified. They are creative and imaginative beyond expectation. I have never asked a question that they were unable to answer immediately in a knowledgeable manner. They listen to their client and then begin designing a custom home with their client's very specific desires in mind. Jauregui Architecture builds a quality home and are easy to work with. The design team was great in working with us to achieve what we were looking for and consistently provided valuable insights regarding pros and cons of various design elements that we would not have known. I just wanted to tell you that we are so pleased with our home. I know we have a ways to go yet but we are just loving it and can’t wait to live in it. Everyone from the construction team to the maintenance guys have been great to work with, and every sub has been so nice and done such a great job. We have only encountered people anxious to get everything right.
